Batra Hospital

We are located at 137/5 in Sangam Vihar, New Delhi 110062. If you know anything about Sangam Vihar, you know it is one of the most crowded and tightly packed areas in the city. The lanes are narrow, and there is always something happening right outside the door. This part of Batra Hospital functions in the middle of all that chaos. It isn't like the big, quiet medical centers you see in other parts of Delhi. Here, things are a bit more frantic because of how many people live nearby. The waiting area is often full, and the sound of the street noise never really stops. We have simple white walls and basic furniture that gets a lot of use every single day. The staff here are always on the move, carrying files or talking to families who come in for help. It gets quite warm in the hallways when the crowds are thick. We don't have fancy decorations or art on the walls. Everything is very functional and meant to handle the heavy foot traffic we see. Sometimes the electricity flickers, but the backup kicks in so we can keep working. It is a tough environment because of the heat and the noise, but it is just how things are in this part of town. We just focus on seeing the next person and making sure the records are kept straight. It stays busy from morning until late at night.
