V.K. Properties

V.K. Properties is based in the Alaknanda area, inside the Paradise Plaza Shopping Complex. We are at B - 1, which is a fairly easy spot to get to. Our office is pretty much what you would expect from a local real estate place. We have a few desks, some chairs for people to sit on, and walls covered with maps and property listings. It’s not a high-end corporate office. It’s a place where we sit down with neighbors or people moving into the area to talk about what’s available. Alaknanda is a nice part of town, and we’ve spent a lot of time getting to know the different blocks and buildings around here. We handle things like renting out flats or helping people buy or sell their property. It involves a lot of phone calls and looking through old ledgers and files. Sometimes the office is empty because we are out showing a house, and other times it’s full of people talking at once. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just know the local market and try to give people straight answers about prices and paperwork. It’s a regular small business, and we’ve been part of this shopping complex for a long time. It feels like home to us, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It is just a normal day-to-day operation.
