Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj

We are located at 194 A P.T.S. Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. This is the office for Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj, and it is a pretty active place. Being in Malviya Nagar means there is always something going on outside our windows. We deal with real estate and property matters, so our desks are usually buried under maps, contracts, and site plans. It is not a very tidy office, but we know where everything is. We have a mix of people here, some who have been in the property business for decades and some younger ones who are still learning the ropes. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing talk. We mostly just discuss property values, square footage, and client needs in plain English. The air conditioner in the corner makes a bit too much noise, but we are used to it by now. It is a working office, not a showroom. We spend our days making calls, meeting with people who are looking for space, and trying to keep our records straight. Sometimes the days get long, especially when we are trying to close a deal or finish a report. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually just order something from the local shops nearby.
