Knight Frank

Knight Frank is located at 355 in the Nilgiri Apartment complex. This is in Alaknanda, New Delhi 110019. It’s more of a residential neighborhood than a business one. Our office is basically inside an apartment building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard corporate office. We have been here in Alaknanda for quite a while now. The team is small, and we all know each other well. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just have our desks set up and we work through our lists every day. Sometimes the mailman gets a bit confused with all the apartment numbers, but we usually get our letters eventually. The 110019 area is a good place to be. It’s quiet enough that we can focus, but still close to everything in Delhi. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights outside our door. Just a small plate with the name on it. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace with some computers and a lot of paper. We don't spend time on big marketing campaigns. Most of our business comes from people who already know where to find us. It’s a very practical and honest way to work. We like the community feel of the Nilgiri Apartment. It’s just a normal place where we do our normal daily jobs.
