Satish Kumar’s house is where we operate from, and it’s right next to where Mam Chand’s family lives. It feels much more like a regular home than a sterile or polished office building. The streets around here are narrow and always full of life, which is typical for this part of New Delhi. We do a lot of property-related work, mostly coordinating various things across the south Asia region from this small hub. It can be a bit of a maze to get here if you aren't from around Tughlakabad. We share the space with the local neighborhood vibe, hearing the sounds of children playing and vendors calling out all day long. There is no big glass lobby or receptionists sitting in suits here. It is just us sitting at our desks, talking on the phone, and keeping track of various real estate projects. The address is 110062, and we have been at this specific spot for some time now. Dealing with the locals and the residents is just part of our daily routine. We don't try to look bigger than we are in this office. It’s honest work in a very traditional and crowded Delhi setting. We drink a lot of chai and just get through the paperwork. It works for us.
