Vishwakarma Property

We are over at D-227 in Balmiki Kunj, right behind the Gurudwara. If you get lost, just look for the Gurudwara and walk behind it. It's a small place, mostly just a couple of us sitting here with some files and old chairs. Vishwakarma Property has been in this spot for a while now. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we do. We mostly spend our mornings answering the phone and talking to people who walk in looking for a place to stay or sell. It gets a bit noisy when there is a function at the Gurudwara, but we don't mind it much. There is a tea stall nearby that brings us chai in those small glass cups twice a day. Sometimes we have to go out to show a house and we just lock the front door with a heavy padlock. It’s not a fancy office with big glass windows or anything. We have a ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking sound when it’s on high. Usually, the desk is covered in papers and maps of the local area. People know us around here, so they just drop by to chat even if they don't need any property work done. It feels more like a neighborhood spot than a business office most of the time. We just try to keep things simple and get the paperwork right so nobody has a headache later.
