Mostly, our work involves a lot of coordination between different people every day. It’s not as glamorous as it sounds from the outside; there is a lot of boring paperwork and scheduling involved in the office. We spend hours making sure everyone is where they need to be at the right time. The market downstairs is always loud and full of life, which is a nice backdrop for our daily routine. We handle the behind-the-scenes stuff that nobody really sees or thinks about. It could be making a dozen phone calls to sort out a contract or figuring out travel plans for someone who is always on the move. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors around the market know us. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the office sometimes when we have a lot going on at once, but we make it work somehow. We don't use big words or marketing talk to describe what we do. It’s just management. We keep track of the calendars and try to make sure the deals are fair for everyone involved.
