Vihmhans Hospital

Vihmhans Hospital is situated in Nehru Nagar, which is right near Lajpat Nagar. It is a busy location and there is always a lot of noise coming from the traffic outside on the main road. The hospital is a place where we see all kinds of people coming in throughout the day. Nehru Nagar has a lot of energy and we are right in the middle of it all. The building is a decent size and we have multiple floors for different departments to operate. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, so many of us just take the stairs to save time during our shifts. We have a small canteen nearby where the staff often grabs a quick bite when there is a lull in the schedule. The waiting rooms are usually full of people sitting and talking or looking at their phones while they wait for their names to be called. We keep the paperwork in big filing cabinets behind the main desk because that is how we have always done it. It is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. The windows in the upper floors give a good look at the rooftops of Lajpat Nagar, which is a nice distraction during a long afternoon. We do not spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders, we just make sure the rooms are ready for whoever needs them. It is just a regular hospital in a crowded part of the city.
