Vasudha Executive Search is based right in the middle of Lajpat Nagar 1. Our office is on the 3rd floor of E-37. If you know New Delhi, you know how busy this area gets. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s worth it for the quiet away from the street. We spend our time looking for people to fill big roles in companies. It is a lot of searching and a lot of interviewing. We use the phones a lot. Sometimes we are here late finishing up calls. The 110024 area is great because there are always people around. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a dedicated group working from this floor. The office has stacks of files and a few computers that are always on. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking for help with hiring. It gets a bit hot in the summer but the AC works okay. We focus on getting the right person for the job. It's a simple process of talking and checking backgrounds. We have been in Lajpat Nagar for some time now. It’s a good place to be. We just keep doing what we do, one candidate at a time. It’s steady work and we like the pace of the city.
