Our company, V3S Foods And Beverages Private Limited, is situated at 98 Okhla Industrial Estate Phase -III. Being in an industrial area like Okhla means there is always a lot of noise and dust. It is not a place for a fancy office. We have a functional space where we handle all our food and drink production. Most of our day is spent on the floor, watching the machines and making sure everything is filled and sealed correctly. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done right. We have a small group of workers who have become like family over the years. We don't have big meetings about company culture or anything like that. We just work together to get the orders out. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a shipment is delayed because of the traffic in Phase-III, and we just have to stay late to make up for it. It can be exhausting, especially in the summer heat, but we are used to the grind. We don't use fancy language to talk about what we do. We just make basic food and drinks that people need. Our focus is just on the work itself and making sure we don't mess up the orders. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work.
