You can find us over at Siddhartha Nagar in the Hari Nagar area, near Ashram. We are located at E-1, in Sushil Kumar’s place. It’s a busy part of New Delhi-110014, and the traffic around Ashram can be a bit much, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. The office is a small, functional space where we handle HR work. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of folders stacked on shelves. We aren't a big corporate firm with a fancy lobby or a security guard. Usually, when someone comes in, they just walk straight into where we’re working. It’s a very informal setup that keeps things relaxed. We spend our time talking to job seekers and trying to figure out where they might fit best. Most of our day is spent on the phone or answering emails from various companies. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been here for a while and have a good rhythm going each day. We don’t use any complicated software or fancy systems, just standard stuff that gets the job done without any trouble. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation or buried in paperwork from a recent project. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where we just focus on the task at hand. We try to be helpful to the people who reach out to us. There isn't any big mystery to what we do; we just work hard and keep things simple for everyone.
