V A Manpower Solutions

Our office is located at Ta-128, Extn, Tughlakabad. It’s a simple setup where we handle all the paperwork for the people we find work for. V A Manpower Solutions isn't a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s mostly just files, some chairs for people to wait in, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Tughlakabad is a busy area with a lot of people moving through, and we see a fair number of them coming in to ask about jobs. We spend our time checking IDs and calling up companies to see if they need extra hands. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of waiting. Sometimes the fan in the corner makes a clicking sound that drives us a bit crazy, but we're used to it. We try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. It isn't always easy because there are more people looking for work than there are jobs, but we do what we can. The street outside is usually dusty, so we spend some time cleaning the desks every morning. It’s just a regular office doing regular work. We don't have any big slogans. We just sit here in Tughlakabad and try to get people placed where they're needed. It’s been our daily routine for quite some time now and we just keep at it. We spend a lot of time on the phone as well. There is always something to do even when it feels slow.
