Our office is in Village Tughlakabad, specifically House No.334 in the Bazar Area. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a company like Utility Powertech Limited (A Joint Venture Of Ntpc & Relianc. Most people expect us to be in a big high-rise, but we are right here in the bazar. It’s loud, crowded, and full of life. Being in the village area means we are close to the ground, which we actually like. We deal with power and technical work, so there’s always something going on with machines or projects. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a house that we’ve turned into a workspace. There are wires and blueprints lying around, and someone is always coming or going. We don't have a reception desk with a bowl of mints. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone looking at a map or arguing about a schedule. Tughlakabad has a lot of history, and we’ve been part of this community for a while now. The bazar area is always moving, and so are we. We don't do much in the way of advertising because we have plenty of work to keep us busy. It’s a gritty, honest place to work. We just focus on the projects and making sure things stay running. It’s a practical way to run a business. Our house-turned-office has a lot of personality, including a squeaky door that we never seem to get around to fixing. It’s just how we operate.
