We are located at H-3A in the Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate, which sits right off the main Mathura Road. It’s a massive industrial area and it can be quite a confusing maze if you don't already know your way around the different blocks. Usha International Ltd. has a significant presence here in this estate. Our building is usually humming with all sorts of activity from morning until evening. We have office staff, warehouse workers, and people constantly moving goods onto trucks. It is definitely not a quiet or peaceful place to work. There are stacks of boxes almost everywhere you look, mostly filled with appliances and fans that are waiting to be sent out to different parts of the country. We’ve been in this spot for a very long time, and the building itself shows a little bit of wear and tear, but it’s a solid and reliable place to work. We don't really use a lot of big words or fancy corporate jargon in our daily conversations. We just focus on making sure the orders are correct and that the products are moving out of the warehouse on time. The traffic out on Mathura Road is almost always terrible, so we’ve all learned to plan our entire workday around the congestion. Inside the office, the desks are often piled high with papers and there’s always someone talking on the phone with a vendor or a customer. We have a very diverse crew here, ranging from people who’ve been with the company for over thirty years to new kids who are just starting out. We just try to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. It’s a lot of logistics and basic coordination. We aren't here to change the world; we’re just here to do our jobs well.
