This branch is over in East Of Kailash at 252 A. It’s a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside. We’ve got the usual setup here with the equipment and the service desk in the front. Most of us have been working here a good while now. You can find us near the main road but the building is tucked in a little bit. People come in asking about their home appliances or needing a quick repair for a vacuum. We spend a lot of time on the phones scheduling the technicians to go out to different houses. It gets pretty noisy in the office when everyone is talking to customers at once. The floor is usually covered in boxes that just arrived from the warehouse. We try to keep it organized but it’s hard when the new shipments come in so fast. It’s a job like any other really. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the morning meetings to finish. Some days go smoother than others. If the weather is bad the service guys get stuck in traffic and we have to call everyone to explain why we are late. We aren't doing anything fancy here. Just taking orders and making sure the parts get to where they belong. East Of Kailash is a good central spot for us because we can get to most places fairly quickly. We see the same faces every week.
