This is the Badarpur side of New Delhi, so it is quite a ways out for some people. The area is mostly residential with a lot of small businesses tucked into the ground floors of the houses. That is exactly how our office is set up. It is a quiet street for the most part, though you get the usual sounds of the neighborhood. We have been at Unique Action Private Limited for some time now, just handling the day-to-day operations from this room. There isn't much to say about the office itself. It is a practical space where we can sit down and get our work done without too many distractions. Being on the ground floor makes it easy to move things in and out when we need to.
