Truffles

Truffles is tucked away in Old Faridabad at Plot No 820. We are right in New Baselwa Colony, specifically Galli No 16. It is not a very big place, but we have been here for a good while now. Most days it is just us doing our thing back there. We do not have any big signs or bright lights. People find us because they live nearby or heard about it from a neighbor. The street can get pretty crowded with scooters and people walking by. It is just a regular shop. We keep things pretty simple around here. There is no fancy decor or anything like that. We just focus on the food and making sure the counter is ready when people show up. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty from the street outside, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We are not trying to be anything we are not. It is just a local spot for people who want something decent to eat without any fuss. You might see us sitting outside on a slow afternoon just watching the world go by in Galli No 16. We like it this way. It is quiet when it needs to be and busy when the lunch crowd hits. We do not use any big machines, just our hands for most of it. It works for us and seems to work for the folks who keep coming back.
