Our office is tucked away in Dev Market, Sector 31, at Office No A 1. It is a lively area and we have become a bit of a fixture here. Most days, you will see us hauling speakers or untangling long rolls of cables out on the sidewalk. We handle the entertainment side of things, which basically means we provide the sound and the stage for different local events. We are not a massive company with a shiny glass building. Our space is filled with gear, spare bulbs, and old posters. It is a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is. We have done everything from small birthday parties to bigger community gatherings. The job involves a lot of waiting around and then a lot of frantic activity once the show starts. We have learned the hard way to always carry extra fuses and backup microphones. Our team is small, just a few local guys who know how to work the soundboards. We do not spend much on marketing because we are usually too busy fixing a broken speaker stand or driving to a venue. It is a noisy job, and our ears are probably a bit worse for wear, but we enjoy seeing people have a good time. We just show up, set up the music, and make sure everything stays running until the lights go out.
