Triage Overseas

Triage Overseas is tucked away at 16/18 in Begum Pur, which is part of Malviya Nagar. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to the lanes. We have a small office where we handle all the overseas stuff. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders stacked up against the walls. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who have known each other for years and work well together. The street outside is usually full of bikes and people walking to the market. Sometimes it’s hard to hear yourself think when the local vendors start shouting, but you get used to the noise after a week or two. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We just have a small nameplate outside so people know they’re at the right place. Most of our work involves a lot of back-and-forth emails and making sure all the shipping details are correct for the people we work with. It’s not the kind of job that looks cool in movies, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp, especially when we have to deal with different time zones late at night. On rainy days, the water tends to puddle up right near the entrance, so we have to be careful not to slip when coming in. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do.
