Top Kom

Top Kom is located right in the Okhla Flatted Factory Complex, specifically at E 210 in Phase 3. It is a busy part of town with a lot of noise and movement all day long. We have been working out of this unit for a while. It is a practical space, not really built for looks, but it serves its purpose for what we do every day. Most of the time, the floor is covered in materials and we are trying to stay on top of the schedule. Being in the flatted factory complex means we have plenty of neighbors doing all sorts of things, which is nice. You get used to the sound of trucks and machines pretty quickly. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We focus on the tasks at hand and getting things out the door on time. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow, so we take the stairs. It is just how things go here. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its job right. If you are coming to see us, Phase 3 can be a bit of a maze, so just look for the E 210 sign. We are usually caught up in the middle of something, but we are around. It is a grit and hard work kind of place. That is just the way we like it.
