Theme Planner

Our small office is at B-56 in Kalkaji, right near Nehru Place. It’s a convenient spot because we’re so close to the main hub of activity there, which helps with sourcing things. The office is usually a bit of a mess with fabric samples and printouts scattered around on the tables. We spend a lot of time on our computers trying to get the layouts and themes right for different projects. It’s just a few of us here most days. Kalkaji is a busy area, so there’s always the sound of traffic and people talking outside. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Most people just come by to drop off samples or pick up plans we've finished. We've been in this building for several years now. The tea stall downstairs is where we get our morning start and catch up on things. It’s a practical workspace, nothing more. We use every bit of the floor space for storage, especially when we have a big project coming up. Sometimes it’s hard to find a spare chair when we have visitors, so we end up standing around the main table. We just keep our heads down and get the planning done. It’s not always glamorous work, but being near Nehru Place helps when we need to grab supplies or get things printed quickly. We like the energy of this part of Delhi, even if it gets a bit loud and dusty sometimes. We've built a good routine here over the years and know everyone in the block.
