The Search House

The Search House is located on the first floor of an old double storey building in Lajpat Nagar-IV. The address is J-26, and it’s a spot we’ve grown quite fond of over the years. Being in New Delhi - 110024 means there is always a lot of energy around us. We are basically a recruitment firm, but making it sound more complicated than it is doesn't help anyone. We help businesses find the people they need to grow. It’s a lot of searching, hence the name. Our hours are spent going through files and chatting with candidates. This office isn't one of those glass-and-steel places. It has a bit of character, maybe a few squeaky floorboards, but it’s where we get things done. No marketing team writes our emails, so they usually come out sounding just like this. Being honest about what we can do is our main approach. If we can't find the right person, we’ll tell you. Wasting time with corporate speak is avoided. The team here is small but we’ve been together for a while. Knowing the local market pretty well helps a lot. When the day is over, we’re just glad we could help a few people find their next step. It’s good work, and we’re happy to be doing it here in Lajpat. We don't need much else besides a phone and some good candidates.
