The Placement Enterprise

We’ve been at this spot in East of Kailash for a while now. It’s on the third floor in Amrit Puri-B, not a huge place but we make it work for what we need. Most days it is just us talking to people who need jobs and companies that need someone to do the work. It gets pretty busy around here. We handle all the paperwork and the phone calls ourselves. Delhi is a big city and finding a decent job is really hard, so people stop by often to see what we have on the boards. The stairs to the third floor can be a bit much if you aren't used to them, but it’s good exercise. We try to keep things simple in the office. No fancy stuff or expensive gadgets. Just looking at resumes and making calls to see who is hiring. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or the internet acts up, but that is just how things go in this part of town and we just wait it out. We are right there at 279/12. It’s a practical setup. We aren't trying to be some big corporate office with glass walls and expensive rugs. It's just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of lists of names. We've seen all sorts of people come through those doors over the years. Some are really nervous, and some are ready to go. We just try to help them find a spot where they fit. It’s a lot of matching names to roles. Nothing more. If you are in the neighborhood, you probably know the building already. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks.
