Tghthe Global Helpdesk

Tghthe Global Helpdesk is located at 216/18 in the Tughlakabad Extn area. New Delhi is a huge place and this little corner of it is quite lively. The roads around here aren't the smoothest and it can get quite dusty in the summer months. We are in a building that has seen better days, but it does the job for us. There are eighteen units in this block and we are right there in the middle of it. The name Tghthe Global Helpdesk is what we go by, though it’s a bit of a mouthful to say. Inside, the fans are usually humming to keep the air moving. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. Just a simple room with some computers and chairs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away. The noise from the extension outside can be a bit much during peak hours, but we’ve mostly tuned it out by now. We don't really have a reception or anything. People just walk in if they need us. It’s a very practical way of doing things. The address 216/18 is easy to remember once you’ve been here once. We just focus on the day-to-day stuff and don't worry too much about the rest. It is a basic setup for a helpdesk, and we just keep things moving along as best as we can every day. We don't need fancy things to get our work done. It's just a regular office life for us here in what some call Mew Delhi-19.
