Daksh Computer Service

We run Daksh Computer Service over at Plot No. A No. 365/ 15 in Durgavihar. The shop is usually full of half-taken-apart laptops and cables tangling on the workbenches. It’s a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. Fixing screens and cleaning out dust from old towers is what we do all day long. Durgavihar is a busy spot, and there's always someone dropping off a machine that won't turn on or has a virus. We don't use big technical words if we can help it. We just tell you what's broken and how long it might take to fix it. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, which is frustrating, but that's how it goes. The light in the shop isn't the best, but we have good desk lamps for the tiny screws. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Most of our tools are old but they still work fine for what we need. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s a workshop. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for software to install or for a system to reboot. If your computer is making a weird noise, you can just bring it by. We’re usually here from morning until late evening trying to catch up on the backlog of repairs. There is a small counter where we write out the receipts by hand. It’s a bit dusty, but we get the job done for our neighbors.
