Commi 1St

Our place is G-138 in Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi. Commi 1st is just a small operation working out of this ground floor spot. Being in Delhi, it gets quite hectic outside, but inside we just try to keep things organized. We don't have a big staff or a fancy glass front. It’s just a regular room with our equipment and some desks. We handle things related to the kitchen and food service, mostly behind the scenes. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We started this because we knew the trade and wanted to do it our own way. We don't use any corporate talk here. If something needs doing, we just do it. The neighborhood is full of people always on the move. We get our supplies delivered and then we get to work. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, which can be annoying when we have orders to process. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do our job in Nauroji Nagar and keep our heads down. It is a simple life and a simple business. We know our regulars and they know where to find us in the building. There is always someone working here even if it looks quiet from the outside.
