Temple Properties

Our office for Temple Properties is at Shop No 5/2A in Block No 5. We are located in the Double Storey area of Lajpat Nagar, specifically in the Jang Pura Extension. If you are wandering around the neighborhood, we are right near Modi Pastry Corner, which is a place everyone knows. Lajpat Nagar is always bustling with shoppers and traffic, so there is never a dull moment outside our door. We are a small, local setup. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, it is just one of us sitting here with a ledger and a phone. We help people find places to live or work in this part of Delhi. It is an old area, and the buildings have a lot of history. This means the paperwork can sometimes be a bit of a headache, but we have handled enough of it to know the way through. We spend a lot of our time walking through the lanes of the Jang Pura Extension, checking on properties and talking to owners. We don't use big words or make empty promises. If a place is noisy because of the market, we will tell you. It is better to be honest so there are no surprises later. We just enjoy being part of the local community and doing our job without making things too complicated.
