If you find yourself in the Shaheen Bagh area, you’ll likely see our office at C-15. It's right there in Abul Fazal Enclave-II, which is a busy part of Jamia Nagar. Being in Okhla means there is always a lot of movement outside our door. We’ve been running Tej Jobs. Com from this spot for some time now. It’s mostly a place filled with papers, computer screens, and people coming in to check on their applications. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to different companies or explaining things to young folks looking for a start in their careers. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can keep things moving. We usually have a lot of tea and bread during our breaks while we talk about the latest news in the neighborhood. The traffic in Okhla can be a real headache, so we tend to get in early and stay until the evening rush settles down a bit. It’s a ground-level setup, so people often just poke their heads in to say hello. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the resumes and trying to match people with whatever is available at the moment. It gets a bit chaotic when many people show up at once, but we manage to sort through the files eventually. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need.
