The office for Teamlease Services Pvt. Ltd. is located at 14/430 in the DDA Flats, right on the 4th floor. Being in New Delhi 110019 means things are always moving fast outside. The stairs up to the fourth floor are a bit of a climb, especially in the summer heat, but it keeps us moving. We’ve been in this flat for some time now. It’s a practical space, nothing too flashy or decorated. We have our computers set up and files stacked where we can find them. The lighting isn't the best in the back corner, but we make it work. Most of us take our lunch breaks together, usually just getting something from the local shops nearby. It’s a typical Delhi setup where you know the security guard and the guy who brings the mail. We don't really do the corporate fancy stuff here. It's just a bunch of people trying to stay on top of the workload. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power fluctuates, which is just part of living and working in this city. We just deal with it and keep going. If you come by the DDA flats, you’ll see plenty of other offices like ours. We are just one of the many spots in this block. We try to keep things quiet so we don't bother the neighbors too much. That is basically our daily life here.
