Our office is tucked away on the third floor of G-32 in East of Kailash. If you know the area, you know how tricky the parking can be around here, so most of us just take the metro and walk the rest of the way. It’s a bit of a climb to get up to the third floor, especially after lunch, but you get used to it. The space is usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and people talking on their phones. We handle a lot of the hiring and staffing stuff, so there’s always someone new coming in for a chat or to drop off some documents. It isn’t some shiny glass building; it feels more like a lived-in workspace where things actually happen. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the traffic from the main road if the windows are open. We’ve got a small area for files that seems to grow every week. Sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes and we all just sit there waiting for the backup to kick in. It’s just how things are in this part of New Delhi. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We just focus on getting people placed in jobs and keeping the paperwork moving. It’s a busy, somewhat messy, but honest operation we’ve got going here at Teamlease Seervices Pvt. Ltd. Most of the time, we’re just happy the internet stays stable enough to finish our emails.
