We are located at M-72 A in Malviya Nagar. Team Lease Services Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this part of New Delhi for some time. The office is just a regular place where we handle all the leasing and staffing tasks that come our way. It’s often quite hectic here with all the different papers and contracts we have to manage. We don't really have a lot of time for fluff. People come to us when they need help with employment stuff. It could be for a short-term thing or something longer. We see a lot of different faces every week. Malviya Nagar is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street coming in. We’ve got our desks lined up and we just get on with it. It’s not always glamorous work, mostly just tracking hours and making sure people are where they are supposed to be. We try to keep things simple. If a problem comes up, we just deal with it right then. No use making things more complicated than they need to be. The tea stall nearby is where we usually end up during our breaks. We’ve become part of the local scene here. It’s just us, working away in our corner of the city. We don't put on any airs. It's just a business like any other in Delhi, trying to keep up with the pace of things. Sometimes the printers jam or the AC struggles in the summer heat, but we just keep going. We just stay focused on the tasks.
