Tata Teliservices

You can find us as part of Tata Teliservices over at House No-33-A on the second floor in Kilokri, which is right near Maharani Bagh. It is a busy part of New Delhi with lots of traffic and people moving around at all hours. We have been operating from this second-floor space for a good while now. It is a standard office setup with several desks and a whole lot of wires, as you might expect for a place dealing with telephone and data services. The stairs going up are a bit narrow and steep, but we are all used to them by now. Every day we come in, turn on the lights, and start dealing with service requests or technical issues that people have reported. It’s not a flashy corporate headquarters with a fancy lobby, just a local branch where the actual work happens. The neighborhood of Kilokri is always lively, so there is never a dull moment outside our windows. We spend a lot of time on calls and looking at data on our monitors. Sometimes the internet connection acts up, which is a bit funny given what we do for a living, but we fix it and carry on. We don't have a big reception desk. Most people who come here are technicians or local customers who have specific questions they need answered. We keep things pretty simple and just focus on the daily grind. It gets a bit hot in the summers, but the ceiling fans keep us going through the afternoon. We’re just a bunch of regular people working to keep things running.
