Taran Event Management

We’ve been down here in the G 31 basement on Kalkaji Main Road for quite a while now. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of all the traffic outside, but inside we’re usually just sorting through stacks of folders and trying to keep track of various bookings. Taran Event Management isn't some fancy high-rise office; it’s just a practical space where we get things done. Sometimes the basement gets a bit stuffy, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the logistical side of things, making sure everything is where it needs to be when someone has a function or a party. It’s mostly just making phone calls and checking lists. People stop by after seeing our sign on the main road, and we just sit down and talk through what they need. It’s not always perfectly organized, honestly, as things change fast in this line of work. We’ve had days where the phone doesn’t stop ringing and other days where it’s just us drinking tea and waiting for a vendor to show up. Kalkaji is a crowded area, so we’ve learned to move quickly. We don’t have a big front desk or anyone in a suit greeting you. You just walk in, find someone at a desk, and we see how we can help with your plans. It's a lot of work, but we’ve been at it long enough that the noise from the main road doesn’t even bother us anymore.
