Talent Recruiters

You can find us at 793, Mahawar Nagar in the Kotla Mubarakpur area. We go by the name Talent Recruiters. This part of New Delhi is pretty crowded, and our office is right in the middle of it. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. It is a lot of matching names to roles, which isn't always as easy as it sounds. We have a small office where the phone rings more than we’d like sometimes. It is not a polished corporate environment. We have stacks of folders on the desks and a whiteboard that usually has too much written on it. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to help people find a place to work and help companies find someone who can do the job. We know the local market pretty well since we’ve been here for a bit. People drop by with their CVs, and we try to give them a few minutes even if we are busy. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling us up. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when the positions are hard to fill, but we just keep at it. It is a small, local operation, and we like keeping it that way. Looking through all these papers takes time, but that is the job.
