Synthesis Advertising & Communication is located on the ground floor over at 60 Ashram in the Harinagar Ashram area. Being near Shalimar Cinema means there is always something going on outside our door. The ground floor spot is handy because we don't have to deal with stairs, but it does mean we hear every car horn and person walking by. The office itself is full of sketches and old campaign materials. We have a few big tables where we spread out our work. It’s a bit of a mess most days, but it’s a creative mess. We’ve been here long enough that the walls could probably tell some stories. The light isn't great in the back, so we usually have all the lamps on. We spend our time talking about designs and how to phrase things for the clients who drop by. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We aren't a big agency with a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. The area is pretty crowded, so finding a parking spot is the biggest challenge of the morning. Once we are inside, it’s just us and the work. We like the vibe of the Ashram ground area. It feels real and gritty, which somehow helps us stay focused on the tasks we have to finish before the day ends.
