Converge Communications

We’re located in Phase III of the Okhla Industrial Estate, specifically on the first floor at 212. If you find the Mercedes showroom, we are right above it. It’s an interesting spot because you see all these fancy cars downstairs, and then you come up to our office where it’s a bit more down-to-earth. We work on communication stuff, which basically means a lot of cables, headsets, and computer screens. It can get a bit messy with all the wires running around, but we manage to keep things functioning. The industrial estate is always humming with activity, which we kind of like. It feels like a place where things actually get built and done. Our team is pretty small, and we’ve been working together for a few years now. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything like that. We just show up, check what needs to be fixed or set up, and get to it. Sometimes we have to stay late if a client's system goes down, but that's just part of the deal. The air conditioning in the building is a bit temperamental, so it’s either too cold or too warm, but we’ve learned to dress in layers. We don't spend money on fancy marketing; we just rely on people knowing we do decent work. It’s a simple setup and it works for us. We just focus on keeping the lines open and the signals clear. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat together.
