Our office is over at Sq-89 in Gulmohar Enclave. It is pretty easy to spot because we are right near the Nirulas, which everyone knows. Swami Travels Pvt Ltd has been running from this corner for a long time. It’s a small place but we keep it organized. Most days, the phones don’t stop ringing from the second we open the shutters. People are always asking about bus timings or train tickets, and we spend a lot of time looking at screens and typing out details. Gulmohar Encl is a nice enough area, though parking can be a real headache if you come at the wrong hour. We have a few desks squeezed in here and some old maps on the walls that probably need replacing. It’s not a corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular office where we drink too much tea and try to make sure nobody’s travel plans get messed up. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to apologize to people waiting in the chairs, but we get through it. We handle a lot of local stuff and some longer trips too. It’s mostly about keeping track of dates and names and making sure the files are in the right folders. Working in Gulmohar Enclave means we see the same faces walking by every day. We just do our bit and keep the business moving along.
