Sushant Group

Our office is at Kalkaji 138, and we’ve been in this exact spot for quite a few years. Sushant Group is basically just a small team of us working on various property projects around the city. It’s mostly paperwork, phone calls, and meetings in our small back room. We deal with a lot of different people every day, from contractors in dusty clothes to folks looking for a place to stay or invest their savings. It can get pretty loud here in Kalkaji with all the shops and the street noise nearby, but we like being in the middle of all that activity. The office itself is nothing special to look at, just some metal desks, a few chairs, and a lot of files piled up on the shelves. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with a glass building. We just focus on the work that’s right in front of us today. Most mornings start with some tea from the stall downstairs and going over the long lists of things that need fixing or finishing on our sites. Some projects take much longer than others, and things don't always go exactly to plan because of weather or permits, but that’s just how this business is. We’ve had the same neighbors for ages and we know most of the shopkeepers on this block. It's a small world when you're working in property like this. Sometimes it feels like we spend half the day just waiting for someone to deliver papers.
