We are located in the mezzanine floor at G-7, tucked away in the back portion of the building. Sharad Kumar lets us use this space for Sunwalk Realtors. It is not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking closely, but it’s a good, quiet spot for us to work. South West Delhi is a big area, and we end up traveling all over it for various property deals. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few old filing cabinets, and a kettle for making tea when the afternoon slump hits. We spend a lot of time walking through different colonies and looking at sites, so the name Sunwalk actually fits pretty well. It is a small team, mostly just us trying to make sense of the real estate market without getting overwhelmed. We don't have a PR person or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the day-to-day tasks like checking deeds and talking to local authorities. Sometimes the internet is slow or the neighbor’s dog won't stop barking, but we just keep going. It’s about being practical and staying on top of the paperwork so nothing gets lost. We’ve been at this for a while and we just like the honest work of helping people figure out where they want to live or invest their savings. It isn't always easy, but it keeps us busy.
