Sunny Properties

We’ve been running Sunny Properties out of H-10 in Lajpat Nagar I for quite a while now. This part of Delhi is always moving, and we’re right in the middle of it. Our office is a simple place where we keep our records and meet with people who are looking for a new home or trying to rent out their old one. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We mostly just talk to people and see what their situation is. Some folks have been coming to us for years, and now their kids are looking for places too. We know the blocks around Lajpat Nagar I like the back of our hand. It’s a lot of walking and talking, checking out the condition of different apartments. We don't use fancy slogans or try to act like we’re some big international firm. We’re just a local property office. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with all the documents and keys we have to manage, but we get it done. We deal with everything from small rooms to larger family houses. It’s about knowing who is moving out and who wants to move in. We try to keep things simple for everyone involved. If you come by H-10, you’ll usually find someone here ready to chat about the local market. It’s steady work, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow through all its phases over the years. We just keep at it.
