Sunder Lal Memorial Hospital

Sunder Lal Memorial Hospital is located at C-201 Jawahar Park, right on Devli Road in Khanpur. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of noise from the vehicles outside. We have been part of the Khanpur community for a long time. The hospital itself is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, with different rooms and corridors tucked away. We handle a lot of different cases every day. Some people come in for minor things, while others have more serious issues that need staying over. The waiting area has some benches that have been around for a while, but they do the job. It is a practical kind of place. We don’t go in for fancy talk or complicated systems. People come in, they tell us what’s wrong, and we see what we can do. The staff is used to the pace of Khanpur life, which is usually fast and a bit messy. We try to keep things as clean as possible, though with so many people coming in off Devli Road, it is a constant job. It’s a local hospital for local people. We don’t try to act like a big corporate chain. We just open the doors every day and see who needs help in the Jawahar Park area. It gets crowded and the air can get a bit stuffy when it is full, but we just keep working through the patient list.
