Our place is down in Okhla Ph-1, specifically at D-85/1. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know it’s mostly trucks, warehouses, and a lot of dust. Sun Star Expositions Pvt Ltd is right in the thick of it. We spend most of our time planning how to fill up big empty halls with booths and displays. Our office feels more like a workshop sometimes. There are pieces of wood, rolls of carpet, and half-finished signs leaning against the walls. It’s a bit of a mess, but when you’re building things for exhibitions, you can’t really keep it spotless. The tea here is strong because the days are usually pretty long. We’re often out at different venues, so the office can be empty one day and totally packed the next. We’ve got a few old computers and a lot of measuring tapes lying around. The neighborhood is very industrial, so there’s always the sound of machinery or someone loading a truck nearby. It’s not a place for fancy meetings; we usually just sit around a big table and draw things out on paper. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve learned that things never go exactly as planned, so we just stay flexible. It’s hard work, moving heavy stuff and making sure everything stands up straight, but we like the bustle of it. We’re just regular people doing some heavy lifting in Okhla.
