Sumeer Garments

We are located at B - 6/7 in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II. This part of town is always buzzing with people and vehicles, and our building is right in the middle of it. We spend our days making garments, mostly focusing on the stitching and finishing parts. It’s a lot of manual work and the machines are running from morning until the evening. The floor is usually busy with people moving fabric around and checking the seams. We don't have any fancy carpets or air-conditioned lobbies here. It’s just a practical workshop where we get things done. Some of us have been working here for over ten years, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We have our tea together in the afternoon and then it’s back to the sewing tables. The work can be tiring, especially when there’s a large order to finish, but we just keep at it. Okhla is a tough place to navigate if you aren't used to it, but we like being here. It’s where all the action is for this kind of business. We don't spend much time on decorations or office furniture. As long as the machines are working and the lights are on, we are good to go. It’s a simple setup, and we prefer it that way. Every day is different, but the goal is always just to finish the day's batch.
