Sumech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Sumech House, which is D-79 in Phase-I of the Okhla Industrial Area. It’s a typical industrial building with a lot of movement every day. We’ve been in Okhla for quite a while now. The ground floor is where most of the heavy lifting and manufacturing happens, while we handle the rest of the business upstairs. It’s always a bit noisy with the traffic outside and the machines running inside. We do engineering work, mostly focused on parts and technical stuff that other businesses need. It’s not a fancy setup. There are desks piled with drawings and a workshop floor that’s seen a lot of use over the years. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re just a group of people who know how to build and fix things. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery gets delayed by traffic, but we just deal with it and move on. The neighborhood is full of other warehouses and factories, so it feels like the right place for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with suppliers and checking on orders. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. People know Sumech House as the place where things get handled without a lot of fuss or unnecessary talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That’s been the routine for many years and it works for us.
