Caparo Engineering

Caparo Engineering is tucked away in Chittaranajan Park, specifically in B 404 at Bose Niwas, Purulia House. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit different from a typical industrial park. Being in New Delhi means there’s always a lot of movement around us, but once you get inside the office, things settle down a bit. We don't have a giant warehouse here; it’s more of an administrative and technical office where we handle the planning side of the engineering business. There are usually a few of us sitting around desks piled with folders and laptop chargers. We talk to vendors, check on project statuses, and deal with the usual Delhi bureaucracy. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls. It feels more like a home office that grew a bit too big. We have plants by the window and a kitchen where we make way too much tea during the day. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a delivery person, and other times it's a client coming in for a meeting. We prefer it this way—unpretentious and straightforward. We’ve been here in CR Park for a while, and we like the neighborhood vibe. It’s easy to get to, and it’s a nice place to spend the workday without feeling like you're in a cold, sterile office building. It’s just us doing our engineering work from a quiet corner of South Delhi.
