We’ve been running A2Zmaintenance & Engineering Services Pvt Ltd out of C 43 Jauhar Bagh for a while now. It’s right near the Jamia Staff Qtr in New Delhi, which makes it easy for most of the crew to get in. We handle a lot of different maintenance jobs and engineering stuff that comes our way. Mostly, it’s just us figuring out how to fix things or keep them running like they should. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the paperwork done after being out on-site. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually catch up on the logs. We’ve grown a bit since we started, but the way we work hasn't changed much. It’s about getting the job done without too much fuss. If you walk by Jauhar Bagh, you’ll likely see some of our tools or a van parked nearby. Engineering can be messy work, especially with the Delhi heat and the dust, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time talking to clients about what they actually need versus what they think they need. It’s a lot of practical thinking and making sure the parts fit. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city, just the one that people call when they need something sorted out properly at their place. Running a business in New Delhi is always a bit of a challenge with the logistics.
