Our office is at D-160 in the Freedom Fighter Enclave, right off Ignou Road in Neb Sarai. Being in South Delhi means we are always dealing with the noise and the crowds outside, but once you get inside the building, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and fans. We have been here for a good while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. We aren't one of those flashy tech companies with bean bags and game rooms. It’s a pretty standard office with rows of desks and a small pantry where we make coffee. Most of the work involves long hours looking at code or managing data for different projects. We have a lot of meetings, but they are mostly just us sitting around a table trying to figure out why something isn't working right. The walk from the main road can be a bit dusty in the summer, and when it rains, the street gets muddy, so we all have an extra pair of shoes under our desks. We know the local shopkeepers by name, and we usually get our samosas from the guy at the corner during the evening break. It’s a regular job with regular people. We don't talk much about visions or big goals; we just focus on finishing the tasks assigned to us for the day and getting home before the traffic gets too bad. It is just the daily grind.
