Sukhvarsha Management Sevices Pvt. Ltd. is on the second floor of the DDA Flats in Kalkaji, J-3/ 328 to be precise. It’s a typical South Delhi neighborhood, so it feels very lived-in. To get to us, you have to walk up the stairs, which can be a bit of a workout if the weather is humid. The office itself is quite cozy. We have a few rooms filled with desks and cupboards where we keep all the management records. It isn't a slick, modern office space with glass walls. It’s more of a traditional setup with wooden desks and curtains that we pull when the sun is too bright. We spend our days coordinating different services and talking to clients on the landline. There's usually someone making a list or checking a ledger. We like it here in Kalkaji because everything we need is just around the corner. The local market is great for getting a quick bite during the day. We don't put on any airs about being a big firm. We’re just a small group of people working out of a flat. It gets a bit crowded when we have visitors, but we always find a chair for everyone. The walls are a bit plain, and the floor creaks a little, but it’s a solid place to work. We just focus on the management side of things and try to keep everything organized for the people who rely on us.
