Our office for SUC Consultants (OPC) Private Limited is located at K-27B in the DDA Flats in Saket. Since it’s a one-person company, the space is small and personal, fitting right into the residential feel of the DDA complex. Saket is a nice area with plenty of trees and parks nearby, which makes the walk to the office quite pleasant most mornings. The flat itself is a standard layout, and we’ve converted one part of it into a dedicated workspace. It’s a bit different from a typical commercial building because you have neighbors living all around you, so we try to keep things relatively quiet. There isn’t any big corporate signage or a glass front, just a regular door that looks like any other in the block. Inside, it’s mostly just a desk, a good chair, and a lot of books and files. Sometimes you can hear the sounds of families in the other flats or the local vendors calling out in the street, which makes the work day feel a bit more grounded. It’s a very practical way to run a business without all the overhead of a big office tower. We don't have a team of people running around, just a focused environment to get things done. The kitchen area is small, but it makes enough tea to keep things going through the afternoon. It’s a quiet, humble spot that suits us perfectly.
