Stonewell Realtors Pvt Ltd is located right on Hastal Road in Uttam Nagar, at A-1/13. It is a bit of a crowded area but it’s easy to find once you know where you’re going. We have been in this building for some time. The office is nothing special to look at, just a place where we get our work done and meet folks who are looking for a house or trying to sell one. My desk is usually covered in papers and maps of the local blocks. It gets noisy with the traffic outside but we don't mind much. It’s better than being somewhere quiet where nothing happens. We know the streets around here pretty well since we walk them almost every day. It's a lot of walking actually. Sometimes the computer acts up and we have to wait for it to restart, which gives us time to grab a tea from the stall nearby. We don't use many big words or try to act like we are some huge corporation. We are just a local bunch of people trying to help neighbors out with their property stuff. If you come by, you might see us arguing over where to order lunch from or just staring at the files. It's a normal office life. Uttam Nagar has a lot of energy and we like being right in the middle of it all on Hastal Road.
